Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please choose your items carefully. Due to the nature of our product and the value of their materials, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We also understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations.
To address this, we have established this flexible 14-day return/exchange policy.
Refunds are only valid for items that are found to be faulty and cannot be replaced by Maraux Jewellery.
Items not valid for Return and/or Refund
Earrings - Please note, due to Hygiene reasons, Maraux does not accept returns for earrings.
Items sold during a sale, final clearance, under a special promotion (such as bundle offers or purchased with a promotional code) – unless faulty.

After 14 days from date of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Jewellery Care.
All our jewellery is made from the highest quality sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil or plating for earrings and should be treated as such. It cannot be resized nor should it be subject to harsh chemicals, perfumes or continuous exposure to water of high chlorine, salt or mineral content.
