Older than almost anything else in the sky. Aquarius is among the oldest recorded constellations, named by Babylonian astronomers thousands of years before it reached the Greeks. Within it lies the Helix Nebula — the glowing remains of a dying star, sometimes called the Eye of God.
An air sign ruled by Uranus, the planet of change, Aquarians are the ones who never quite fit the mould and stopped trying somewhere around fifteen. Independent, contrary, quietly idealistic, and usually right about the thing everyone else catches up to later.
Despite the name and the water bearer's urn, Aquarius is a sign of air and ideas — a fitting piece for someone who's never been what people assumed.

At Maraux we stand by the quality of every piece. All jewellery is covered by our 365-day warranty against manufacturing faults.
What's covered: clasps or fastenings that fail, stones that come loose from their setting, solder joints or links that break under normal wear, faulty earring posts or findings, and gold vermeil that flakes or peels rather than wearing gradually.
What's not covered: normal wear of the gold layer and tarnishing (all plating wears over time), chains snapped by snagging or pulling, damage from perfume, chlorine, salt water or not following our care guide, repairs done elsewhere, stones lost from knocks, resizing, and loss.
Approved warranty claims receive a replacement, or store credit if the piece is out of stock. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Full warranty details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Changed your mind? Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange your piece or give you store credit. Pieces must be unworn and in their original box, and return postage is at your cost. Earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale and promotional items, and gift cards can't be returned for change of mind.
