Cancer · 21 June – 22 July
The quietest constellation in the zodiac. Cancer is the faintest of the twelve — you need a dark sky and a little patience to find it. Hidden at its centre is the Beehive Cluster, a swarm of around a thousand stars that the ancient Greeks could see only as a soft smudge of light.
A water sign ruled by the Moon, Cancerians feel everything first and explain it later. They're the ones who remember what you said months ago, who make people feel at home, and who protect the people they love with more steel than anyone expects.
Understated, and easy to underestimate — which makes the faintest constellation in the sky a rather fitting emblem.
Dates shift by a day depending on the year.

Warranty & Quality
At Maraux we stand by the quality of every piece. All jewellery is covered by our 365-day warranty against manufacturing faults.
What's covered: clasps or fastenings that fail, stones that come loose from their setting, solder joints or links that break under normal wear, faulty earring posts or findings, and gold vermeil that flakes or peels rather than wearing gradually.
What's not covered: normal wear of the gold layer and tarnishing (all plating wears over time), chains snapped by snagging or pulling, damage from perfume, chlorine, salt water or not following our care guide, repairs done elsewhere, stones lost from knocks, resizing, and loss.
Approved warranty claims receive a replacement, or store credit if the piece is out of stock. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Full warranty details.
All Maraux pieces are water-resistant and hypoallergenic, crafted from sterling silver with an ultra-thick 2.5 micron layer of 18k gold vermeil, and made for everyday wear when you treat them with care. Read more about our quality and our care guide.
